Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged during transit.
You received the wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products without original tags or packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned after the 7-day return window.
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items unless they are damaged or defective.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will receive an email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payment method after verification.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
Wrong item received.
Damaged product received.
Manufacturing defect.
Size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), forcrew.shop will bear the return shipping charges.
For returns due to personal preference (where applicable), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If eligible, refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
